Lighting Design International is an award winning independent lighting design consultancy designing outstanding lighting schemes for clients around the world. We combine a creative and intelligent approach to lighting design with an understanding of the complex technical requirements. We bridge the gap between the architect and/or interior designer and the electrical engineer. As a leading lighting design consultancy, independent of all manufacturers, our sole focus is on achieving the best possible lighting scheme for our clients - in terms of aesthetics, function, flexibility, maintenance and cost.

Our approach is implemented by our team of lighting designers who come from different backgrounds including architectural, theatrical, product and environmental design. Established in 1986, we have worked on a wide variety of projects in the UK and abroad, including landmark hotels and resorts, company head quarters and offices, shopping centres, retail outlets, galleries, museums, exteriors and residential properties including town houses, country estates, chalets, villas and yachts to name but a few.
